Stack up both control horns and their respective attach angles and insert a Cleco throught a common hole in all four pieces.Align horns so they are flush with each other and clamp them together with side grips. Arrange so that upper edge of the horns and upper flanges of the angles are parallel and clamp assembly with C-clamp. The six undrilled holes awaited drilling with #30 bit.
