The spar and left doubler was riveted together except at the rib position.

Here, i pre-assembled the already corrosion proofed parts together to ensure proper positioning.

Notice earlier on, i have swapped using the more conventional ( with more torque) Bosch drill set due to my Dremel set suffering from intense heat. Here, i gave myself two thumbs up for a job well done.

Finally the remaining holes i between the hinges were drilled up to its final #30 size.

After drilling all #30 holes..

The centre hinge drilling is a bit challenging coz the minimum edge rivet spacing was not quite satisfied if i were to use the pre-punched holes on the stabiliser. Hence, i used a spare elevator skin with its pre-punched holes instead to drill the #30 size holes for the centre hinge. The final rivetting will be able to cover any less than perfect drilling as a result of the larger manufactured head.
